Hill House Farm

 The Chirk  Cottage is the original Old Cheese Room for the farmhouse which has been luxurious converted into a  self-contained cottage. It has a ground floor kitchen diner, with sofa and easy chair. There is a fully-equipped cooking area, with an electric hob and fan oven.

The Cottage is centrally heated, and has an easy-to-use log burner for cosy winter evenings.  All you have to do is throw the occasional log or two onto it. (If you let us know when you expect to arrive, we can light it in advance.)

We can arrange for a hamper to be delivered from the award-winning Hollies Farm Shop, which is only a few miles away. This will not only save you having to bring food and drink with you, but it will give you a chance to sample the best of Cheshire produce. Call us or send us an email for details.

The original staircase leads to the first floor bedroom, which has a 6ft 'Zip & Link' bed - which can be made up as a double or twin bed. The bedroom is furnished in antique pine throughout, and has wonderful views of the rolling Cheshire countryside. There is an en suite bathroom, with power shower.

The Cottage has its own entrance, which leads through the yard to the car parking area at the front of the farmhouse.

It can be booked as a Bed and Breakfast or self catering cottage, and guests have the option of taking breakfast in the Cottage or in the farmhouse, if they have booked breakfast.
